Why all the vitriol?

I hate weasels.

Hell, I hope she and Roberts end up defining "originalist", but the fact is, Bush could have picked someone, in both cases, with a more conservative track record. By not doing so, he appears afraid of the left. I don't like that. Apparently, I am not alone either.

Several of those "RINO'S" have said that the nominee would have to be EXTREME for them to allow a filibuster. Owens or Brown et al, would not be in that category. They would bolt the gang, and we'd go "nucular". Not to mention the pressure they would get from their constituents. Arlen Spector had to basically apologize so he could be Chairman again. That happened because of pressure from US.

Those Senators would not be my first choice as foxhole buddies, but they all have one thing in common. They want to get re-elected.
