Rangle's pretty stupid....Cheney never said anything about his age (Rangle said something about Cheney's age and health). Cheney said "He's losing it" which is obvious to anyone.
"I don't know what I did to offend him, but he's gotten pretty nasty lately.... I think Charlie is a lot older than I am, and it shows,"
