Exactly who do we need to jump up and down on to get this problem fixed? You can complain to your ISP, but it is really out of their hands. The only way this will be fixed is if Cogent and Level3 sort out their differences (who knows) or until the rest of the Internet has time to route around what is a major rift (which could take days).
