October 5, 2005 -- The Rev. Al Sharpton preaches in a house of God — but only God knows where he really lives. In a sworn affidavit signed the day of the primary election and obtained by The Post, Sharpton wrote that he resided at the exclusive Helmsley Carlton hotel at 680 Madison Ave.
But several employees at the 160-unit Carlton — surrounded by high-end stores between East 61st and 62nd streets and located a block from Central Park — said it's not Sharpton's home.
"He doesn't live here," concierge Damon Castoro told The Post yesterday. "He may know someone who lives in the building."

Al follows the program of deceased quasi-criminal tax-evading lawyer Roy Cohn, who had no income, no fixed address, no cash, no car, no nothing.
He lived most of his life out of the New York City "favor bank", and wanted for nothing.
Even if Sharpton lives at the Carlton, who pays the bill? He seems to live a very opulent lifestyle for someone with no job other than race baiter.
Probably just a girlfriend. Twanda?
Being a professional race baiter must be very lucrative.
He looks like one of the Planet of the Apes apes here - it's gotta be the do.

When "The Rev was running for Prez...still hard to beieve" he didn't make it because he had his plane tickets voided because he owed his travel agency about $163K that is some serious cash.
Seems like the Rev likes to think he is wealthy but is not, he believes that by staying at swank hotels and hanging out with the beautiful people he has become one?
That he has class, well Rev you can't buy class, now just like some other things in life you can rent some for a while...but to have it full time comes from a lot of things the Rev has never had and never will.
