So, Saddamn's DEFENSE LAWYERS have spent (already!) 500 MILLION preparing his case?
Now, just HOW did they spend that many dollars in one year? Even at sky-high rates, plus per diem, plus (what - overnight Fedex envelopes?) ho can his "defense team" spend 500 million dollars in only the months since his capture?

The Court spent 500 million, but I doubt it is just for one case. They needed a completely new court system.... Saddam's style of non-conviction and torture program just does not lead to justice.
