Apparently you are not paying attention. Brownback is willing to give her a hearing. Unlike the knee jerk Bush haters in the Moveon.org "Conservative" group who want to throw her out JUST because she is Bush's choice. See the LARGE difference in the two positions? One side, Brownbacks, is saying "Well I have my doubts about her but I will give her a listen" The other side, YOURS, is screaming "GET rid of her because she is not who WE want". But OF course you Moveon.org "conservatives" will not see the obvious differences. You all would rather ride an error down in flames then admit you made yet another knee jerk error. So what are you going to do if Brownback comes out and says he is going to vote for her? Unlike you, I am willing to give her a listen rather then going into automatic rejection mode like you. If Brownback comes out and says "Nope, going to vote against her", that will carry a lot of weight with me. It may cause me to change my mind and side with your view. See unlike YOU I am willing to have an open mind about it.

Brownback is willing to give her a hearing I'm willing to give her hearing. The problem is that if she takes the Ginsburg/Roberts approach, the hearing won't enlighten us.
