None of them voted, given that the Supreme Court did not hear or rule on the case, because the law says that the suit can be filed.
To hear it would be to potentially legislate from the bench.

Are we allowed to know which Injustice voted how on this case??IIRC, No. I've never heard any such announcement. They need to get 4 judges to vote in the affirmative to hear a case, i.e. "to grant 'cert'"(Certiorari).
