The media cannot protect the RATS during a filibuster of a USSC nominee: the position is too visible, too newsworthy to the American people. The fight would be public, visible to all. JRB would become a household name.

The President should have sent up JRB and dared the RATS and the media to assault an accomplished black woman in front of the American people, and expose these socialists for the hypocrites that they are.

Sorry, but you are the one that's wrong. The RATS successfully filibustered JRB because they are beholden to the kook left. Also, I can't really believe that you do not think that the MSM would not continue to protect them regardless of the exposure. This just seems naive too me given Memogate, Iraq Weapons Looting, etc.. I can already here the MSM using (probably distorting) the JRB line of "Social Security, cannabalism of our children!". She would be demonized in media and IMO most definately filibustered. You can count on it.
