It's a fact of life and not the end of the world that we have a DEFICIT but it also is a fact that if you add the increases in defense spending it is more then the DEFICIT.

Your reading comprehension appears impaired, at least at the time you posted this. Where did I discuss cutting defense spending? Where in any post I have ever posted in FR did I do this? The only person talking about it is you.
Also the total deficit run since 2001 is vastly greater than the associated increase in defense spending. I am not sure where your logic regarding a connection between the two is coming from. Have you considered that increases in non-defense spending may have something to do with the deficit?
