(Part 1)FR EXCLUSIVE: Breaking -- Major Newspaper Doing Blockbuster Story on Peter Paul and Hillary

Oct. 3, 2005
Doug from Upland
Reporting from Upland, CA

FReepers, we have this report exclusively for you first here on FreeRepublic, the political website of record. A major newspaper, the identity of which will be released later this week, will publish a blockbuster story on Sunday discussing donor Peter Paul and the beneficiary of his $1.9 million campaign contribution in 2000, Hillary Rodham Clinton.

We do not know yet the path the story will take, but in 8,000 words, Hillary is not going to be very happy. Hillary, Bill, and their powerful cadre of spinners and coverup artists have been unable to stop the story.

As Tom DeLay faced his second indictment today, the questions continue to be asked by Paul. Why has Hillary Clinton been allowed to file three false FEC reports? Why has no one attempted to bring her to justice? Why has the biggest campaign fraud on record not been above the fold on page one in major newspapers? Why has it not lead nightly news stories?

It is more than just Hillary who is involved. Bill Clinton, Ed Rendell and Terry McAuliffe are up to their eyeballs in this scandal. David Rosen, a low level functionary in Hillary's campaign, was up to his eyeballs, but a Los Angeles jury decided he was not the one to punish. Hillary 2000 Campaign treasurer Andrew Grossman, who signed all three of the fraudulent FEC reports, is up to his eyeballs in the scandal. Amazingly, Grossman has so far escaped indictment.

In 2001, prior to the due date of the final amended FEC report, attorney David Kendall was served on behalf of Hillary in Paul's unprecedented and historic civil suit against a former president and sitting senator for fraud and conspiracy. His client was provided with cancelled checks and invoices, along with a demand to declare the campaign contributions or return the money. For five years the massive coverup has continued. The civil case, after review by the California Supreme Court, is headed for a Los Angeles superior court early in 2006 where Hillary, Bill, and several others will be under oath. Many of the Hollywood elite who attended the gala fundraising concert in 2000 are on the witness list. It will be a civil trial to remember and may be the only thing standing in the way of Hillary becoming commander in chief.

The case against Tom DeLay may be esoteric and, although it may have pushed the envelope, may not have been criminal conduct. What Hillary did is clearly criminal, it is easy to understand, and it was done in broad daylight.

Where is New York's own Ronnie Earle? Where is a prosecutor with the guts to go after those who committed the mother of all campaign finance scandals?

SPECIAL NOTE: It is expected that the hard-hitting documentary INDICTING HILLARY will be released during the campaign of 2006. INDICTING HILLARY chronicles her massive campaign finance fraud, her continuing failure to obey the law, her refusal to amend three fraudulent reports, and the aiding and abetting of her criminal conduct by a former president, William Jefferson Clinton, a current governor/former DNC chairman, Ed Rendell, and the immediate past DNC chairman, Terry McAuliffe. Hillary, you'd better put some ice on that.

Excellent work Doug. Have been watching a work in progress. Continued success. Oh, please.

BTW, you do know that John Fund is a friend of ours (WSJ)? In fact, I think he is out in Cali somewhere now.

Hey,

DFU's has an excellent record. Did you read the Huffinton scoop? His record is pretty good. Are we going to see any scoops from you, pessimist?

The DeLay indictments changed everything. Hillary is going to wish it never happened.

"now no self-respecting MSM reporter or editor, no matter how liberal, will be able to ignore a new breaking story of Hillarity's fundraisi'g scandal, especially one with such tangible evidence. "

Self respecting - Reporter? Oxymoron

"I guess wee need a betting pool, huh? That might be interesting."

Yeah, as long as you don't know which paper it is. :)

The paper which publishes the article will probably be as much as a surprise as Harriet Miers being nominated to the SCOTUS.

Rosen, who was guilty as sin, was acquitted by a jury of clinton groupies. Why is anyone going pay attention to this story? The MSM bows at the altar of Hitlery. I'm skeptical that there will be any pickup of the story.

John Fund? FUND?! LOL That is a perfect last name for a guy who works for the WSJ. Kind of like a librarian with the last name of "Bookman."

I'd love nothing more than for you to be right! I'm just not that optimistic I'll get that wet dream.

I admire the hell out of your tenacity, by the way. You are a treasure to Free Republic (and as I've posted before - you must hold the secret decoder ring for getting in on all the talk radio programs).

I only have the inside number on one show. The rest of them just take some luck to get through on the phone.

While I would love to see Hill buried by this, she seems to get herself in very complicated trouble. These complicated issues work in her favor. Since no one has yet had the courage to indict her for her indiscretions, the only recourse would be to turn them into political liabilities. However, they are far too complicated to make stick. If a conservative had done some of the same things, the media would take the time to explain why there is an issue, however, with Hillary, unless it is a crime that the average American can understand it will just roll off of her.

For those who do not know, the campaign treasurer has the responsibility to accurately report to the FEC. That would be Andrew Grossman. If false reports are filed, he is in trouble. Grossman was given receipts and invoices along with a demand for accurate filing before the final amended filing by the end of July, 2001. The candidate only has a problem if the candidate knew about the fraud. Hillary knew.

It is going to turn out to be not complicated at all. Receipts and invoices help.
