With the Katrina disaster and the Natalie Halloway tragedy, Riley has improved his ratings. In fact, Moore's entry may help Riley. Business leaders still angry over Riley pro-tax increase plan will decide to support him again when he is put next to an impeached judge. Riley can defeat either Lucy Baxley or Don Singleterm. Moore could only defeat Singleterm.
