Actually, you can have both. Just skip all the white bread, white rice, potatoes, dessert, and you'll be fine.

Eating moderately, and avoiding fat-inducing foods in very different than eating like a rabbit. Have as big of a steak as you want. Just skip the fries, and have a nice Caesar salad.
