We were sort of kidding about AC as SCJ but her qualifications put this lady to shame in terms of constitutional law and her experience at the Court. So I'm not sure what your point is. You are familiar with her resume, right?

You are familiar with her resume, right?I'm a Coulter fan but this assertion is garbage. Miers has competed and won in the private sector rising to the level of the head of a 400 member law firm and to White House Counselor. Ann's resume comes nowhere close to that. Of course the private sector is anathema to lefties but to me it is where I have spen my adult life and thus I have a preference for those who have done likewise.
