I think there is a consensus here that we would like to see the President lead the horse to the water even if only to demonstrate whether we have a horse or a jackass.

Don't get me wrong, some things are worth fighting for even if the odds look grim. And I relished this fight. But we don't know what 43 knows, so here's hoping he knows what he's doing :)
