Yup, it does. There was much hoopla made of his ability to "compartmentalize" and his "global thinking," his ability to look at fine details, etcetera.
The only thing it got us was a non-policy in the foreign realm and a economic policy run by Rubin and the Wall Street banditos.
Everything else went to Hades....
