This isn't about the Democrats blocking the president's nominations. This is all about Hillary, and her winning in '08 by splitting the R vote. She couldn't care less about the court. From now until '08 you'll hear very little from Democrats sceaming like leftists. The propaganda instead will be about splitting the R base, saying that the R's aren't conservative enough.
