Manny Ramirez has caught fire and can carry a team. No other lineup has number three and four hitters as good as David Ortiz and Manny. The Red Sox pitching is fine except in the areas of starting and relief. (/irony)

I am predicting the Sox will win !! You can quote me on it.

Horrors!
According to the Chicago Tribune, at least the first 3 games of the series will be called by (sigh....) Chris Berman.
("Back back back back back back back back back back back back back back back back back back back back back back back back" *gunshot*)
Rick Sutcliffe and Mike Piazza will be doing color.

Which means that they swept the Red Sox in the regular season, right?

Come on... don't paint Sox fans as Kerry fans... Mainly because this idiot told a reporter last year that his favorite player was Manny Ortiz... The reporter forgot to ask him who that is, considering there is no Manny Ortiz. Wait, does this mean Kerry was just pandering because he knows how huge Red Sox nation is, and figured wearing that hat all over might score him some points? Noooooo... Kerry never pandered, or took polls before he took positions... of course he had many more sports pandering gafs... including our favorite one when he went hunting in huge clothes that reminded you of a child playing dress-up in his father's clothes...
football fans for truth used to have a detailed list, and all those funny 'kerry catching like a girl' pictures, etc. among other things.. but it's now some kind of blog. you also might remember Curt Schilling campaigned for Bush last year.

The majority of Red Sox team voted for Bush despite the liberalness of the ownership.
Boston politics and politicians are far more crooked than they are liberal. You would be hard pressed to find an honest polition in this state. Their are a lot of towns, like mine, that voted for Bush.
To: GraniteStateConservative
Tip for Chicago...if you have a base open walk Varitek to get to Millar.

To: mainepatsfan
You're either being sarcastic regarding Millar's perceived ineffectiveness (third best OPS in September on the team) or a comment on Millar's effectiveness against Contreras, but either way, any pitcher who puts players on base in that bandbox will be in for a bad outing. The ChiSox do a horrible job of getting people on in front of those homers they can hit in the Cell, but not on the road. We have to put people on and hit those multi-run homers and keep the ChiSox from doing so. That's the real key to this whole series-- keeping people off base.
