These senators Hillary Clinton, Harry Reid, Dick Durbin, Maria Cantwell, Barack Obama, Russ Feingold, Daniel Akaka, Frank Lautenberg, Joe Lieberman, Carl Levin, John F. Kerry, Chris Dodd, Pat Leahy and Jon Corzine swore an oath. I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.

By their failure to enforce the intent of our immigration laws, they are in violation of their oath and should be charged with impeachment of office.

I don't know if we need anything from Congress right now - a good start would be the executive branching recognizing how seriously their constituents feel about border secuity and start enforcing existing laws.

Then maybe congress can jump on the bandwagon if they want and pass some better immigration bills, maybe increase legal immigration if we could ever get rid of the ilegals.
