Maybe I''m wrong but, tt seems to me that this is the third day in a row that the MSN front page contains the headline "Tom Delay Indicted". Normally that MSN page contains a new headline or story on a daily basis and sometimes more than 2 different stories on a daily basis.
Carrying the same headline 3 days in a row seems like very partisan politics to me by a partisan web site. MSN and MSNBC know that millions of people see that as the first page when they visit MSN. The story is from MSNBC.

The RAT Sock Puppets keep saying that Earl has indicted more Democrats than Republicans, I will take them at their word and use their talking points by saying that there are more Democrat crooks than GOP crooks.

Liberals are salivating over the word, "indictment". Just the thought of this has them wetting their panties.
Anyone can be "indicted". Unfortunately there is nothing there. It's just more legal harassment.

Ah let em we their panties....dems don't have much these days and the Delay indictment is about as good as it will get for them.
Unless, of course, communists or al queda take over the U.S., then the dems will be jumping for joy....at least for a while.
