True, but they are deploying the new very sensitive PCR devices and it hasn't rained in DC for more than a month (a lot of dust becoming airborne). I haven't seen how many samples were positive, but if it were a deliberate release it should be very high levels in many samples.
Good point about no rain for a month. I hope it was just the hippies and squirrels, and not a deliberate release.
