"To be sure, none of the labor leaders were particularly enthusiastic about the Republican Party. But what seemed to really gnaw at them is that while the Republicans have never been especially close to labor, the Democrats were supposed to be their friends. Instead, unions feel like they have been dumped at the prom over and over again. They believe Democrats have betrayed them by taking their money and then ignoring them when the time comes to cast critical votes in Congress. For the Change to Win federation anyway, electing Democratic politicians is officially on the backburner now." It's about time.

These people are parasites and will never amount to anything. If workers could buy representation in a free market, they wouldn't have squat nor a big convention to buy themselves a purpose in life.

Anybody who thought that organized labor is dead in America should have attended this week's "Change to Win" inaugural convention in St. LouisOrganized labor is dead in America, no matter how many conventions these goombahs attend.

They keep trying to unionize the workers at my job and we keep voting them down. The Security Guards went union and they took a HUGE pay cut. I agree that labor unions are irrelevant these days.

organized labor will experience a resurgence the growing chasm between the haves and have nots almost assures it.
I believe that it will be short lived as the rest of our culture continues to deteriorate.
