Enough evidence will be collected to find out this was jihadi related and the some ME men will be involved...BUT, the police office said that he isn't supposed to say anything...

The police officer said that after it happened...he watched the crowd just nonchalantly walking out of the stadium...not believing that his happened and no one seems concerned...
