I wonder if the 'bearded' picture was taken while he was 'away'(in a madrasa)from school due to 'depression' (religious conversion to Islam)?

I think the 2002 pic is his Senior High school pic.

Even though I've read all the posts since I left here early this morning, I haven't clicked all the links. How did it come out that the bearded photo is from 2002?
