I appreciate your update. The STORY right now is the who. Who is dead? Whether this is a very atypical suicide or a failed terrorist event hinges on the who. It is interesting that whoever wrote this story is offering a lame defense for not giving any info on the identity because of the hazardous materials defense.
Just a guess, but I imagine no one will know this guy. Obviously his dorm roommate is not missing him. Maybe he is a "graduate" student. Ha, ha!
