Spring-Heel'd Jack had a W on his tunic. What's it mean?

No idea. Everybody thinks I took this moniker from a character in a Stephen King story, or some comic book, or the like, but the only thing I know about my namesake is that he was an urban legend in 1830s London who used to run around leaping 10-foot fences, pinching girls' bottoms, and now and again breathing fire just for creeps. And that I learned from one of those Readers' Digest compilation books called "Strange Mysteries of the World" or some such. Devoured it as a kid.

He was last sighted in 1920. Still breathing fire. Perhaps an early fan of Dubya.
