how many problems can Richardson have that will reverberate, when Clinton himself is being rehabiliated - with help from Bush 41 & 43?
Nobody is seriously promoting Obama because of what they think he'll do with the black vote. Their hope is that he has crossover appeal and can draw in independents, disaffected liberals, maybe even a few conservatives dazzled by his rhetoric.
