This was mentioned on the talk shows last night, don't think I know which one, the opinion was that the town its self or areas of it would be locked down by the Military.

The statement that stuck with me was "What is the use in locking down a town, if there is a disease outbreak, when the border is open?"

While driving today, out in the middle of nowhere, no chemical plants etc. I suddenly smelled something like chlorine. It made my nose burn and my mouth water [sort of like when you're about to throw up] There were no cars or trucks on the road in either direction at that time. It was gone in about 15 seconds.
It's probably tinfoil time. I actually began looking up to see if there were any planes in the sky. Nothing?? It's farm and ranch land so I guess it could be anything.
