WASHINGTON -- Officials are responding to a report of a suspicious package in a van on Capitol Hill, News4 reported.
The van is located in the 100 block of 1st Street NW near Constitution Avenue.

Federal officials said two men told officers that there was a bomb inside the van.
Federal officials said the two men in the van are in custody.
The intersection of 1st Street NW and Constitution Avenue is blocked off. Two nearby buildings have been closed.
The U.S. Capitol is not being evacuated.
U.S. Park police, Capitol police and D.C. police are on the scene.
