WASHINGTON -- Based on information received by the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force, the Harbor Tunnel and the Ft. McHenry Tunnel in Baltimore will be closed.
Sources told News4 that the closure is based on uncorroborated information gathered outside of the United States.
