We first saw it in post #25 of this thread and there were several posts on it, I have noted up to #104, there may have been more.
It is a serious incident, and like Oklahoma, has been whitewashed by the Gov.
Last thread, there were several reports on strange smells, in more than one town as I recall.
Post #185 is dog disease, another threat.

I figured you guys were way ahead, as usual, but just in case...
When I come to this thread occasionally -- unforutnately I don't have time to keep up fully -- I am always amazed at all the good stuff posted, most of which doesn't appear in obvious news areas.
Maybe I'll try to keep up better, especially for the next couple of months, when I think we have a higher threat possibility.
