Pinellas Park Pedestrian Problem...

I was always paranoid crossing those wide streets, waited until no cars anywhere around before crossing.

The old man who hit the homeless man got his license renewed two years ago. He has alzheimer's and the homeless guy is deceased and lost a leg way before the old man got to the sunshine skyway toll booth. The old man thought he was in Pinellas Park.

Maybe Florida needs to spend more resources testing drivers instead of trying to push a culture of death. It doesn't necessarily take an alzheimer patient to cause an accident though. Sometimes it's a teen with a lead foot. Florida is the worst place to go for a walk. That was proven data. If it's not current data, trolls, don't bother to flame me.

Florida doesn't have a lot of sidewalks, has poor lighting on major state highways and bad drivers. It's a recipe for disaster.
