The new evidence about the film makers in Earle's office should convince more people that this case is totally politically motivated.

The fact that Earle has allowed film makers access to his office proves he is nothing but a political hack and what they are doing to DeLay is purely political hatefulness with no base of fact.

The Republicans need to change the rules and restore DeLay to his rightful position!

Of course the film makers are a big deal. There is no film without a Delay indictment. So of course by inviting them in, Earle is confirming his bias and lack of concern for the law.

"Independent filmmakers Mark Birnbaum and Jim Schermbeck began making their documentary, The Big Buy, in February 2003. Schermbeck said the movie follows Earle's investigation to show how corporate money was used to fuel Republican efforts to win the 2002 Texas House elections. "
Imagine a "The Big Buy" movie documenting the buying and selling by the Clintons from "RED" Chinese, and every other Tom, Dick and Harriet around this globe.
When this was going on I called my local Dim representative and asked his person on the phone how much "RED" Chinese money he got from the DNC. There was just a gasp on the other end.

Earle and his staff members sat for interviews,They had to sit. If they were standing they would have fallen over laughing.

The new evidence about the film makers in Earle's office should convince more people that this case is totally politically motivated. It would be really cool if DeGuerin got a court order to supply copies of all raw and editited film and video tape to DeLay's defense team as part of discovery. I wonder how long it will take for this case to be dropped. When Earle indicted Sen. Hutchision, he was forced to drop all the charges in one day. Quite frankly Earle should be indicted. He frequently offers to drop charges in exchange for making donations to his pet foundations. I would think that that would count as extortion or soliciting bribes. I'd love to see Earle get disbarred.

"The new evidence about the film makers in Earle's office should convince more people that this case is totally politically motivated."I'll bet Earle was really ticked that Michael Moore was otherwise occupied.

When Delay's lawyers subpoena the film and tapes--every single frame--it should blow Earl's case out of the water, should force him to recuse himself, and should expose Earl for the slimey Democrat operative he is.
