it is bad enough when they do it to we OLD folks!

I find that sometimes one is lacking the trace elements to properly metabolize the calcium etc in the milk products. My suggestion is to check out a good nutritionist & holistic person along the way. I am from a family of chiropractors & orthopedic surgeons .. and they all now are very astute in these areas (years ago, they weren't & were distractors). They all are strong in intra-disciplinary support that is out there. Short of the witch doctor, they are willing to look things over. but this came with age. As young, brash 30 & 40 year olds.. no way.. now that they are in their 50 & 60's they are more willing to not feel threatened I guess & seek to help the patients in any way necessary.
