the caves they call home have no power so they use prototypes of those new C-note wind-up Laptops. And they get real tired of winding them up to try to answer various and sundry nimrod inquiries from newbies and trolls.
... not to mention the fact that without power in their caves, the beer is warm, which tends to make them rather cranky at times.
