In Cuba Fidel Castro is the father, not this shrub.. Also there is a law that exempts Cubans from going though the normal channels of immigration.. That has been going since the Kennedy Administration..

There are quite a few countries around the world who would take your wife and child (should you have one) and say the same thing about President Bush. Does that make it right?

Also, Cubans are given different avenues in which to apply for legal status in this country. It doesn't mean that every Cuban that arrives here in their carboat is allowed to stay. If I remember correctly, a few dozen Cubans landed in Florida a couple of years ago and they were all rounded up while on a freeway and sent home.
