Why would he do that if he loved his daughter?? Could be he knew he was gonna be wacked for something after his wife was already killed, figured the street would be the best place if he couldn't go to cops, strange story none the less.
It was the boyfriend who left the little girl on the street. I misunderstood because the little girl called the boyfriend daddy. So it now looks like the boyfriend is involved with the mothers disappearance.
