Oh it's silly. It almost sounds like he believes there is a correlation between abortion of black children and the birth of black children. There is no way they can be connected.

Exactly what the dems have been trying to make it since the clinton administration came into office. They are just hitting it harder as they lose voters, trying to lure them back.

Does anyone have the stats on race and crime in America? I will bet he has a statistical base for the hypothetical but from the PC standpoint he is toast.
