I saw that too and heard Sean interview DeLay on the radio today as well...can DeLay's people bring charges up on this "clown" for the obvious laws/ethics he's broken???

Something else I saw on GOPUSA. Their making a movie of this Earle (prosecutor) guy and have been following him everywhere. It'd be funny, if he falls flat on his face, to see whether or not they'll release it.
