JRB would be incredible. But why do you think Owens would be "socking it to them"? She doesn't have a lengthy record on constitutional issues and it seems people are making a lot of assumptions about her based on one abortion parental notification case. I'm not saying you are, but if there are reasons you think she will be a reliable conservative, I'd like to hear them.

Put it this way ... the Dems have made it clear that they will filibuster Pricilla Owens if Bush nominates her for SCOTUS. That's good enough for me.

The Dems HATE her. That's ALSO good enough for me.
