I still say, nominate Hillary. Have the hearings, get some Repubs with gonads to ask questions that would make her squirm in her chair. Drag it out for weeks, call her back two or three times. Keep her busy. Ask about the finger prints on the law firm billing records. Ask about the travel office scandal. Ask about the FBI guy that wrote the book that had her in a dark room with another woman in a compromising situation. Just to give her a chance to clarify the record of course.
Then vote her down in committee. Damn what fun!
