About time!
I was talking to my wife about this. We need a strong leader in this country who will take it by the scruff of the neck and put people in their place.
1st leader I've seen in years was the General in NO. Now if he were running for President, I would work for him!
Huuaa Bush would do well to emulate what FDR did during WWII, PR wise.

It is good timing. I was just thinking about this a couple of days ago.

Americans need to know about the gains we've made in recent weeks and months, Very true! - And that is why the WH and RNC need to get off their lazy PR as$es and start talking up or success on a continuous basis! - Tell of our successes with some intensity behind their words -
Our soldiers are fighting and winning the GWOT 24/7! - In some of the most brutal conditions - The least the WH and RNC could do is put out 20 hours of effective PR a week!

When the Iraqis can hold the major cities and we can concentrate on closing off the Syrian and Iranian borders, then I'll relax. Until then, I'm going to remain skeptical.

Right after the government federalizes Louisiana, they need to federalize the MSM.

All Bush needs to do, to make the war in Iraq the most popular thing since sliced bread, is change the letter in front of his title from an "R' to a 'D'.

Bill O'Reilly, is that you? :-} I wish, then I would be both rich and despised.
Right now I'm just despised.

Can we all agree that when we take out Iran that we not "nation build" afterwards? Like I care what happens to another American hating country. I mean c'mon this thing has morphed beyond belief.

Very curious that there was an earlier post today about - Reuters ? - news orgs bitching that the military is hindering their "coverage" of the war.
Seems to me that all the LSM is interested in is the bad news. That should be easy to solve. If you don't cover / report on both sides of the story - your news organizations access is cut off.

This has always been my biggest gripe with the GOP. They should use the media to get the good word out and explain their positions. Instead, they let the media dictate the spin and interpret their motives.

Ok. Just wanted to make sure you knew about it. Not suggesting anyone get oever confident just suggesting there are some positive indicator out there for people to look at.

I just had lunch with my Greek friend who is a rabid liberal. She blames Bush for the terrible problems of immigration in Greece saying that most of them are of Iraqui decent leaving Iraq because of the worsening conditions there. So she faults Bush for ruining both Greece and Iraq also saying that our media doesn't report how bad it is over there.
Any opinions?
