Very true except does the average person out there really give a rat's behind about a Congressman from Texas?
I know those into politics find this fascinating/aggravating but in the real world no one even knows Tom Delay's name.
Brit Hume's show highlighted a Leno spot the other night with Leno playing a 'jeopardy' kind of game with three contestants. Leno puts up a picture of John McCain and asks the three to identify the man in the picture. The first girl asks if it is a golfer. Leno says no and asks why she would ask. The girl replies that he looks old. The next guy asks Leno for a hint. Leno says "war hero.....Senator....Arizona". The fellow actually replies "did he play in the PGA?"
This will all be forgotten in a few days when the next catastrophe happens.
