Levin also mentioned that the prosecutor does not have to put all the evidence in the indictment. His remarks were based upon ONLY what was in the indictment.

Earle is not doing this out of politics. His own record shows that 11 of the 15 politicians he has gone after have been Democratic ones. No, this is a personal attack. For his own reasons, Earle does not like Tom Delay. It may be from the way Delay stood for Texas to be rezoned. It may be because Delay walked past him and did not say hi one day. Whatever the reason, Delay being Republican is not it.
With that said, the fact that Earle is using his power for personal gain and revenge is wrong. At this point it does not matter whether Tom Delay is guilty or not. The only thing that matters is that Earle needs to be punished for abuse of his power and position.
JRB is in NO sense the only acceptable candidate and may not even be the best.

I had big plans, gonna get a lot done. I have chosen to stay in front of the tv and on the computer. As a result, it has taken me all day to do two loads of laundry! LOL (anything to avoid work!)
