Good thing neither of those departments do anything important! Hey now- the DOI does some good work!! Well some parts of the DOI....not going to defend HUD.

It is standard fare for all federal government employees (including military personnel). It is also required punishment for many employees of companies doing contract work for the federal government.
Don't let anybody tell you we can't pay for Katrina/Rita with the fat in current federal budgets
