Just keep is simple and don't let Rob try to confuse you.
If an employer is saving money by no longer having to pay employee FICA taxes(I believe its 7.5 percent), along with various other taxes.... then Rob some how believes the employer will cut your salary too. So that way the employer will really be saving money.... LOL!

If an employer is saving money by no longer having to pay employee FICA taxes(I believe its 7.5 percent), That's 7.65% of payroll costs. If payroll is 30% of your total costs, that's all of a 2% change in your costs. Big whoop.
along with various other taxes....
That would be FUTA, another 0.8% of payroll. No big change there either.
So, just who is "lying" here?

FairTax pg. 36 ? How can CORPORATE tax COMPLIANCE cost 5% of total GDP. That is on the order of $550 billion or more. Something is wrong here.
ALSO: How does the following equation add up to 22% ?embedded taxes? ? FairTax book Chapter 5, pg. 51-60
employer share of Social Security + employer share of Medicare + tax on corporate profits + other federal corporate taxes + costs of compliance and collection
I believe that Boortz has some funny numbers here.
