Ok, from the beginning

The 23% embedded Tax is the Tax that Employers, Suppliers, Builders etc etc etc pay (combined mix) not including "OUR" Income Tax. Since the Drug Dealer does not file a 1040 he pays no "Income Tax" and yes you are right he does pay the embedded Tax that comes with any current purchase... but he/she still didn't pay any "Income Tax" which we Law Abiders did, which is over and above (in addition to) the "embedded Tax" that you mentioned earlier.

The Fair Tax will spread this across the board, the Drug Dealer of the present pays 0% on his Income because it is unknown to those that Tax us, his/her Income will be Taxed under the Fair Tax just like your Income or My Income because it will be Taxed by what they Buy.

This is simple, don't try to make it complicated. It will Simplify Taxes to the point where you don't have to orient your behavior around the Tax Code, it can't get any simpler, the lack of complexity makes people suspicious. Give it a gander, with an open mind.

Wrong. According to the man who did the research for the fairtax organization, Dr. Jorgenson, he absolutely did include YOUR income tax to come up with that 23 percent number.
