Are you hearing this? Brian Wilson is examining the indictment- he CANNOT find any EVIDENCE in it - vague innuendos..but no evidence.

Congresswomman on FOX: "This is a ham sandwich indictment without the ham." Judge Neopolatano: (sp?) "They wanted to charge him with greater crimes
but there was insufficient evidence so they charged him with the lesser crime of one count of conspiracy."
This whole thing is very Kafka-esque.

It'll take Dan Rather or Juan Williams to find a link to DeLay in that indictment...lol.

Congresswoman on Fox: "This is a ham sandwich indictment without the ham."
This whole thing is very Kafka-esque. I'm sure Ronnie must be very excited about the fact that he finally got a grand jury to do this after trying FIVE TIMES.

If I was DeLauy's attorney, I would push for a trial as soon as possible. I suspect that the DA has little to no evidence necessary to convict.
