Well gee, he has not been quote "his obnoxious self" lately because for the last Month Houston texas has been very involved in both devastating Hurricanes. His district is Sugarland outside of Houston texas, and he and all the other republicans in that area have been involved in the housing of evacuees from KAtrina and almost ground zero for Rita.
