LoL. Not only is that not true but this has been expected for over a year. Any semi-competent prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich. Could we vary the metaphor a bit here? I know you Repubs are supposed to believe in message control and talking points, but this ham sandwich thing is getting ridiculous..

I'm still gathering facts but so far it is my undestanding that Tom Delay has been indicted for conspiracy to order a ham sandwich Can't offend TROP now can we.

Someone on Fox mentioned Delay might be replaced by David Dreier. OMG.
That is what is being reported. Is this bad for us?

I don't know why everyone is so surprised by this, especialy considering the prosecutor. An indictment is not a conviction. Mondy from one account to another. Big woop!
What is a sham is the righteous indgnation by the likes of nanfran pelosi stating the "republican shroud of corruption..."
Oh brother...favorite word of the day to deflect the real corruption.
I hate liberals.

"AP reporting David Drier will step in to the position"Well isn't this just too wonderful. A pro-illegal alien RINO in exchange for a hard right rudder conservative.
You don't suppose this tells us something about both Hastert and Bush, do you?

I should get nominated for Best Director for that one. It was uncanny, almost on cue.

Just enough to poison minds across the USA. Just enough to get conservative and vocal Christian Delay out of power before 2006.

LOL, I just called Chucky Schumers office and asked for my free credit report. They must be getting HAMMERED by the call because they were VERY rude!

Could you actually prove your accusation? I know you Democrats claim to believe in the principal of innocence until proved guilty or as in Clinton's case innocence despite prove guilt because he "means well" but your failure to conform to your own rhetoric raises serious doubts about your sanity.

Delay is dealing with politics back home and new Democratic tactics based on scandal accusations. I'm not much of a fan of Tom Delay. This was to be anticipated. Hope he has good legal counsel in Texas. 'Nuff said.
Frist is up to his eyebrows in new conflict of interest allegations. His story about why he sold his health provider shares in 2005 -- when he actively took positions favoring his holdings since 1994 -- do not ring true. That blind trust served no legitimate purpose when his brother was in active management of the company. If Frist survives this scandal it will be close to a miracle. But the shouting by Democrats will ruin his chances for higher office.
