Well, if the man is not guilty, we'll all find out. If they indict for false reasons, with no substantial evidence, they will too come out.

Here's comes Nepolitano --- changed the rule that was reportedly written for DeLay: he had to step dpwn.
Predicts over a year before resolution.
Says an indictment means NOTHING!
Legally, that's true --- but it's all for politics and bashing Tom DeLay.

"'06 mid terms are going to be brutal for the Repubs."
Ummmm, haven't we been hearing that since the day after Bush got elected the first time? Every election cycle spells sure doom for the GOP. And then the opposite happens. Fool me once....

'06 midterms will be brutal only if the economy drifts into recession, in which case the President's party will be hammered. Otherwise, we'll be OK.

Delay is going to rip this charge apart and they know it, it is just window dressing for the midterms.

I stick by what I said. Despite what you said and the medias blasting of the Admin on the handling of Katrina, no poll I have seen blames the Admin more then the local and State government.
As for Frist. You make my point. according to you he is guilty until proved innocent. Just go hide in the corner until the dust settles and oh, don't bother to vote in 2006 because we probably won't win a single seat or manage to keep what we have....right?
Like I said, you make me sick.

It usually means a person's done something that looks like it warrants the DA taking him to trial.

Just like everything the Dems will overplay their hand on this as well. They will start either tomorrow or Friday when Bush selects the next Supreme Court nominee. I guarantee the Dem talking point will be "Bush has decided to pick a nominee now to deflect attention of Frist and Delay"
